Ugthasz's Barracks (Chaos Pit)

Located on the first level of the Chaos Pit, connected to Rat Mage and the Gnomish Market. The floors are of polished granite. The ceiling is a rough black basalt with gold flecks. The walls are old, dry pine panels over the basalt.
